With a background as a Middle School Librarian and public school teacher, Hani developed innovative initiatives to enhance student growth and engagement. As a Freelance Project Manager, she successfully coordinated projects aimed at improving access to educational resources. In her role as a Tier 2 Coach, she led professional development workshops focused on effective teaching strategies and social-emotional learning.
